How important is a blog for my business?
This is a question I am often asked.
I always give the same answer: ‘Well, that really depends on the type of business’. Blogs work brilliantly for some businesses, especially law firms. However, for others, they do very little to increase goodwill or build brand loyalty.
I usually find that the main reasons blogs don’t work for a business or law firm is because they lack one or all of the following elements:
- Clearly defined purpose
- Quality content that helps customers or clients to solve a problem or is informative and interesting.
